TIMES - A Tool for Modelling and Implementation of Embedded Systems
نویسندگان
چکیده
Times is a modelling and schedulability analysis tool for embedded real-time systems, developed at Uppsala University in 2001. It is appropriate for systems that can be described as a set of preemptive or non-preemptive tasks which are triggered periodically or sporadically by time or external events. It provides a graphical interface for editing and simulation, and an engine for schedulability analysis. The main features of Times are:

Implementation Research: An Efficient and Effective Tool to Accelerate Universal Health Coverage
Success in the implementation of evidence-based interventions (EBIs) in different settings has had variable success. Implementation research offers the approach needed to understand the variability of health outcomes from implementation strategies in different settings and why interventions were successful in some countries and failed in others. When mastered and embedd...
متن کاملModel-Driven Design-Space Exploration for Software-Intensive Embedded Systems - (Extended Abstract)
The complexity of today’s embedded systems is increasing rapidly. Ever more functionality is realised in software, for reasons of cost and flexibility. This leads to many implementation alternatives that vary in functionality, performance, hardware, etc. To cope with this complexity, systematic development support during the early phases of design is needed. Model-driven development provides th...

متن کاملA Novel Approach to Background Subtraction Using Visual Saliency Map
Generally human vision system searches for salient regions and movements in video scenes to lessen the search space and effort. Using visual saliency map for modelling gives important information for understanding in many applications. In this paper we present a simple method with low computation load using visual saliency map for background subtraction in video stream. The proposed technique i...
متن کاملA modelling framework to support the design and analysis of distributed real-time control systems
Within the AIDA project a modelling framework has been developed to support design issues related to the implementation of control applications in embedded distributed computer systems. At a relatively high level of abstraction the models describe the structure and timing behaviour of a control application (in terms of functions and operational modes) and its implementation (hardware, operating...
